- To establish and administer your Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF)
- To interact with the ATO, ABR, and ASIC on your behalf as your registered tax agent

Your Tax File Number (TFN) is collected under the authority of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936. It is used solely for the purposes of SMSF establishment and ATO lodgement.
We handle TFNs in strict accordance with the Privacy (Tax File Number) Rule 2015. We do not disclose your TFN to any third party except where expressly authorised by law, and we take all reasonable steps to protect your TFN from unauthorised use or disclosure.

- Access is restricted to authorised Udo team members only, on a need-to-know basis
- We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls

We retain your personal information for 7 years after the end of the financial year to which it relates, in accordance with ATO record-keeping requirements for SMSF trustees.
After this period, data is securely deleted or de-identified in a manner that renders it unrecoverable.
